Although Spiffy Geek’s bad moves and idiotic decisions ruined his life and dissapointed his friends and relatives around him, he now has every intention of spending his life making up for these errors. After losing everything in his last business venture, he had to once again start life from scratch. Spiffy Geek was so broke that he actually sold his refrigerator, washing machine etc. just to be able to get by for a while.
After going rock bottom and staring down the barrel of a gun, he finally came to his senses, found a new job and started paying his debts. Now he hopes to turn his house (that his parents loaned him to live in so that he would not become a complete hobo!) into a loving home where he can re-unite with the long time love of his life and setup a family.
To be able to achive this, first he must convince his girlfriend that he is now a better man who will make the right decisions in life. Spiffy Geek and his girlfriend have been seperated for the last 3-4 months after being together for nearly 10 years. Despite being together for such a long time, they were never able to get married (will be discussed later on) which was one of the main reasons for Spiffy Geek’s destruction. The romantic and emotional idiot that he is, he cared about nothing else and let his passion took over and ruin his life.
Spiffy Geek must now make enough money through his full time job as well as part time web development projects so that he can pay all his debts and turn his home into a liveable place so that he can convince his girlfriend to come and live with him and hopefully get married later on once things get better over time.
