Spiffy Geek is a part time web developer and a full time emotional idiot who has a rather unconventional way of handling things and going through life. He is one of those fools who let his heart rule him rather than his brain which resulted in complete destruction of his life. This will be about his story while he is picking up the left over pieces of his life and putting them together. What happened to Spiffy Geek?
Spiffy Geek was a good student through school and he was always seen as someone who had a lot of potential. His family and friends always thought that he had something special and would make something of himself. Unfortunately the emotional and mindless idiot that he is, he kept on making the wrong decisions and taking the wrong turns in life and ended up in deep hole which he now needs to pull himself out of.
Although he made literally hundreds of thousands of dollars over the last 10 years through his web development projects, he spent it all without blinking an eye not ever once thinking about his future. Now aged at 33, he has no savings and lives on his monthly salary as well as the sites that he creates/hopes to create and run/sell. One positive aspect is the job that he landed 3-4 months ago which he thrives at as well as his long time ambition of marrying his long time girlfriend which he loves more than anything in the world and would do anything & everything for…
What does Spiffy Geek Want?
Although Spiffy Geek’s bad moves and idiotic decisions ruined his life and dissapointed his friends and relatives around him, he now has every intention of spending his life making up for these errors. After losing everything in his last business venture, he had to once again start life from scratch. Spiffy Geek was so broke that he actually sold his refrigerator, washing machine etc. just to be able to get by for a while.
After going rock bottom and staring down the barrel of a gun, he finally came to his senses, found a new job and started paying his debts. Now he hopes to turn his house (that his parents loaned him to live in so that he would not become a complete hobo!) into a loving home where he can re-unite with the long time love of his life and setup a family.
To be able to achive this, first he must convince his girlfriend that he is now a better man who will make the right decisions in life. Spiffy Geek and his girlfriend have been seperated for the last 3-4 months after being together for nearly 10 years. Despite being together for such a long time, they were never able to get married (will be discussed later on) which was one of the main reasons for Spiffy Geek’s destruction. The romantic and emotional idiot that he is, he cared about nothing else and let his passion took over and ruin his life.
Spiffy Geek must now make enough money through his full time job as well as part time web development projects so that he can pay all his debts and turn his home into a liveable place so that he can convince his girlfriend to come and live with him and hopefully get married later on once things get better over time.
What Is Spiffy Geek Doing Now?
Spiffy Geek is currently working full time at a Medical Firm as International Sales Executive. He is also hoping to emulate his web development success from the past and create money making web sites and online projects which he feels will eventually become his full time income source and allow him to provide for his loved ones.
